Conditions of stay for summer

• The rates are intended per person and day with half board and are valid in connection with minimum stay of 4 nights. The rates include: accommodation, breakfast buffet, choice of various menus at dinner, VAT and taxes.
• The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and have to be made available by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
• The entire period booked is charged in case of late arrival, early departure and/or unused beds.
• Check-in after 10 p.m. only if agreed in writing.
• Unused meals will not be refunded and can only be substituted with a lunch package; no celiac meals.
• Small pets upon request.

RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT

• Your booking is confirmed after receipt of a confirmatory deposit and after receiving our written confirmation.
• In case of cancellation the confirmatory deposit will not be refunded for any reason, including snow or weather conditions.
• We accept deposit payment by post transfer, bank transfer, click-to-pay or credit card (VISA, CartaSì, MasterCard, EuroCard).

• In order to avoid any costs in case of cancellation, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. We recommend the insurance Europäische Reiseversicherung or contact your own insurance company.

PAYMENTS

• We accept payments in cash within the legal limit, by cheque, credit card (VISA, CartaSì, MasterCard, EuroCard) or bank card.

FREE SERVICES

• parking spot on the outdoor car park (may not be reserved);
• motorbike parking in the garage;
• wellness area (minimum 16 years of age);
• W-LAN internet access in the lobby area;
• ski rooms / bike rooms;
• hotel ski pass service;

SERVICES FOR A FEE

• parking space in the garage (€ 80.00/week);
• bathrobe and slippers (€ 2.00/ day);
• small pets in the room with the owners only upon prior notice (without food € 15.00/day);

REDUCTIONS

• Children from 0 to 5 years on an extra bed: reduction of 50%;
• Children from 6 to 12 years on an extra bed: reduction of 30%;
• Children from 12 years onwards on an extra bed: reduction of 20%;

HOUSE RULES

• Smoking is forbidden in all rooms and in the entire hotel;
• Access to the wellness area only for ppl. aged 16 and older;
• Pets, even if small, are not allowed in the general areas;
