Stay conditions

  • Mandatory municipal accommodations tax: € 2.50 (not included in the room fee)
  • The rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival to 10:00 on the day of departure
  • Check-in after 22:00 only if agreed upon in writing
  • Uneaten meals are not reimbursed and can only be replaced by the “basket”
  • Small pets are allowed upon request (for a fee from € 6-14 per day). They are not permitted during the winter. They are not permitted in the common areas
  • There is a “short stay” surcharge
  • Your reservation will be confirmed by us following payment of the deposit
  • As a penalty, the deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation (Art. 1358 and 1386 of the Italian Civil Code)
  • Pets are allowed only during the summer season in certain rooms of the category Comfort. And only if writen confirm.
  • Booking conditions and cancellation penalties may change for special events or manifestations

Cancellation penalties

  • 20-30 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost of the booked stay
  • 4-19 days before arrival: 70% of the total cost of the booked stay
  • 3 days before arrival or no-show: 90% of the total cost of the booked stay
  • In the event of a delayed arrival and/or early departure (check-out by 10:00), 90% of the cost of the day(s) booked but not used will be charged
  • The fee does not change in the event of partial occupation of the room

Should the local or national authorities issue, on the day of expected arrival or in the 3 previous days, provisions that limit free movement or hotel business, for reasons related to covid-19, the reservation can be canceled without costs and penalties; the deposit paid will be returned, minus the cancellation costs.

It is strongly recommended to take out travel insurance. The major insurance companies have extended coverage to a series of situations related to covid-19

Check-in is only possible if the body temperature does not exceed 37.5 °. Some companies cover cancellation costs resulting from such a situation.


Reservation and deposit

  • Your booking is confirmed after receipt of a confirmatory deposit and after receiving our written confirmation
  • In case of cancellation the confirmatory deposit will not be refunded for any reason, including snow or weather conditions
  • We accept deposit payment by post transfer, bank transfer, click to pay or credit card (VISA, CartaSì, MasterCard, EuroCard)

  • In order to avoid any costs in case of cancellation, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. We recommend the insurance Europäische Reiseversicherung or contact your own insurance company

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in between 14:00 and 22:00. After 22:00, only if agreed upon in writing with Management. The reception desk closes at 22:30.
  • Check out by 10:00. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.


  • We accept payments in cash within the legal limit, by cheque, credit card (VISA, Maestro, CartaSì, MasterCard, EuroCard) or cash card.
