Cancellation Policy
Hotel Arkadia’s cancellation policy varies according to season (WINTER or SUMMER) and to the selected rate type (Best Available Rate or Non-Refundable Rate).
The conditions apply to all reservations made directly via the website, by email or by phone.
WINTER
Best Available Rate
- During the booking process, 35% of the total amount is required as a deposit.
- For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded.
- For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged as a penalty.
- Late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or reductions in the number of guests communicated after the 30th day prior to arrival do not change the rate.
Non-Refundable Rate
- 100% of the total amount is charged at the time of booking.
- In the event of any cancellation, modification, reduction in the number of guests, late arrival, early departure, or no-show, 100% of the amount paid will not be refunded.
SUMMER
Best Available Rate

- For cancellations up to 10 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully refunded.
- For cancellations less than 10 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged as a penalty.
- Late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or reductions in the number of guests communicated after the 10th day prior to arrival do not change the rate.

- In the event of any cancellation, modification, reduction in the number of participants, late arrival, early departure, or no-show, 100% of the amount paid will not be refunded.
Recommended travel insurance
To protect against unforeseen events that could disrupt your travel plans, we recommend taking out insurance coverage for cancellation and interruption of your stay.
You can contact your own insurance provider or a specialised company, such as Europäische Reiseversicherung.
