Cancellation Policy

Hotel Arkadia’s cancellation policy varies according to season (winter/summer) and the selected rate type (Non-Refundable or Flexible).

The conditions apply to all reservations made directly via the website, by email or by phone.

WINTER 2025–26

Non-Refundable Rate

  • 100% of the total amount is charged at the time of booking.
  • In the event of cancellation, modification, late arrival, early departure or no-show, 100% of the amount paid will always be retained.
  • The rate does not change in case of partial room occupancy.

Flexible Rate

  • A deposit of 35% of the total amount is required upon confirmation.
  • Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit is fully refunded.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of arrival: 100% of the total amount is charged as a penalty.
  • Late arrivals, early departures or reductions in the number of occupants do not affect the rate.

SUMMER 2026

Non-Refundable Rate

  • 100% of the total amount is charged at the time of booking.
  • Any cancellation, modification, late arrival, early departure or no-show results in 100% being retained.
  • The rate remains unchanged even in the case of partial room occupancy.

Flexible Rate

  • A deposit of 35% of the total amount is required upon confirmation.
  • Cancellations up to 10 days before arrival: the deposit is fully refunded.
  • Cancellations within 10 days of arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Late arrivals, early departures or changes in room occupancy do not result in any reduction.

Recommended travel insurance

To protect against unforeseen events that may prevent travel, we recommend taking out insurance coverage for cancellation and interruption of the stay.

You may contact your own insurance provider or a specialised company such as Europäische Reiseversicherung.
