Rooms & Comfort

Is Arkadia an “Adults Only” hotel? From what age can guests stay?

Yes. Arkadia is an Adults Only hotel: only guests aged 14 and over may stay.

If the age is not communicated correctly, check-in may be refused and 90% of the total booked stay will be charged.

What room categories are available?

Room options range from Single and Panorama rooms to Junior Suites, Tor, Trenker and Alpine rooms with private sauna.

All feature a balcony, natural materials, modern comforts and full amenities for a pleasant stay.

Do all rooms have a balcony? What amenities are included?

Yes, every room has a private balcony.

Amenities include: flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, safe, telephone, refrigerator (no minibar), bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and/or underfloor heating, hairdryer, courtesy set and scales.

Is it possible to add a third or fourth person to the room?

Yes, in selected categories:

Alpine: third guest possible
Tor: some rooms accommodate a third guest
Junior Suite: up to three or four guests depending on the unit
Panorama and Comfort: some rooms accept a third guest

Are pets allowed? In which rooms and during which periods?

Pets are allowed only in summer and only in Comfort room, upon request.

Supplement: €23 per day.

Pets are not allowed in common areas and valid insurance plus up-to-date vaccinations are required.

Wellness, Pool & Spa

Is access to the panoramic pool included? What are the opening hours?

Yes, access to the Relax-Panorama-Pool (10.4 × 4.20 m – 30°C) is included.

Opening hours: 07:00 – 19:00.

The pool is located on the top floor, with views of Sassongher and Mount Ciampac.

What saunas and wellness facilities does the hotel offer?

The wellness area includes:

Finnish sauna
bio sauna
steam bath
herbal tea and dried fruit corner
relaxation area

Opening hours: 14:00 – 20:00, included in your stay.

Do massages and treatments need to be booked in advance?

Yes, booking is recommended to ensure availability.

Treatments use Art of Care natural products and include massages, drainage and sports massages, hot stone, Soft Pack baths and much more.

Is the Cardio Room free for guests? What equipment is available?

Yes. The Cardio Room is free of charge and features Technogym equipment:

treadmill, elliptical trainer, city bike and home bike.

Dining: Breakfast, Dinner & Bistrot

What does the “Gosté” breakfast include?

Artisanal bread, croissants, homemade cakes, fresh and dried fruit, yoghurt, cereals, muesli, a selection of cheeses and cold cuts.

Available on request: eggs, crêpes and pancakes made to order.

Opening hours: 7:30 – 10:00.

How does the half-board dinner work? Are alternatives available?

The 4-course menu changes daily and includes local, Italian and international dishes.

Allergies and intolerances must be communicated in advance.

The kitchen does not offer fully vegan or vegetarian menus.

Is the bistrot open to external guests?

Yes. The bistrot is open from 12:00 to 13:45 and welcomes both hotel guests and external visitors, offering light dishes and panoramic views.

What wines does the cellar offer? Can I consult the list?

Arkadia’s wine cellar features over 600 labels.

Skiing, Trekking & Outdoor

Is Hotel Arkadia connected to the ski slopes?

Yes. Arkadia is just a few metres from the Sellaronda slopes.

The lifts can be reached by crossing the road or in just a few steps.

How far are the Boé, Borest and Costes da l’Ega lifts?

Boé: 50 metres

Where can I buy a ski pass? Do you offer a pick-up service?

Ski passes can be purchased online or at the ski pass office just a few metres from the hotel.

Arkadia offers ski pass pick-up, so you will find it directly at the hotel.

Do you organise hikes or MTB/e-bike tours with local guides?

Yes, in collaboration with Bike-Hike Alta Badia.

MTB and e-bike tours and guided walks: free of charge for guests (upon reservation).

Do you offer services or partnerships for cyclists and bikers?

Yes:

e-bike rental through Sport Pescosta (with delivery to the hotel)
secure bike room storage
route suggestions for the Sellaronda, Gardena, Pralongià and Puez–Odle

Is free parking available? Is there also a garage?

Yes.

Free outdoor parking (1 space per room)
Covered garage available at an extra charge

Is there an electric car charging station?

Yes, available in the garage (paid service).

What is included in a stay at Arkadia?

Services included during your stay at Arkadia are:

breakfast, panoramic pool, spa, cardio room, Wi-Fi, outdoor parking, ski/bike room, ski pass pick-up, wellness kit (bathrobe and slippers).

Bookings & Policies

How can I confirm my booking? Is a deposit required?

Yes. A booking is confirmed only after payment of the deposit (35% for the flexible rate) and our written confirmation.

What are check-in and check-out times? Is late arrival possible?

Check-in: 14:00 – 22:00

After 22:00 only by written agreement.

Check-out: by 10:00.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash (within legal limits), credit card, debit card, cheque, Click to Pay, bank transfer.

What is the cancellation policy for winter and summer?

The Non-Refundable rate does not allow cancellations: in the event of cancellation, modification, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be retained.

For the flexible rate, the cancellation policy varies by season:

The deposit is refundable:

Winter: up to 30 days before arrival

Summer: up to 10 days before arrival

After these deadlines, a penalty equal to 100% of the total stay will apply.
