Terms of Stay & Booking Conditions

Hotel Arkadia is an Adults Only property: all guests must be at least 14 years old.

If the actual age of guests is not communicated and guests under 14 arrive, check-in may be refused, and 90% of the total booked stay will be charged.

Tourist tax

A mandatory municipal tax of €3.80 per person per night applies and is not included in the room rate.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 14:00 to 22:00

After 22:00 only if agreed in writing in advance.

  • Check-out: by 10:00

Unused rooms or meals are not refundable.

Short stays

For short stays, a short-stay supplement of 15% may apply.

Deposit & booking confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the confirmation deposit and our written confirmation.

Recommended insurance

To protect against possible cancellations, we recommend taking out travel insurance (e.g. Europäische Reiseversicherung).

The hotel does not act as an intermediary: guests must contact the chosen insurance provider directly.

Pets

Pets are allowed only in summer and only in specific room categories, upon request and confirmation at the time of booking.

  • Supplement: €23 per day
  • A valid insurance policy and up-to-date vaccination documentation are required
  • Pets are not allowed in common areas (spa, restaurant, bistrot, pool, etc.)
