Conditions of stay: Hotel Arkadia - "Adults only"

The 4-star Hotel Arkadia in Corvara is "Adults only": all guests must be 14 or over.
If the age of a child is not provided at the time of booking and the child is under 14, check-in may be refused and "no show" penalties will apply
Mandatory municipal tourist tax: 2.50 Euro (not included in the hotel accommodation rate)
Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Check-in after 10.00 p.m. only if agreed in writing
Meals not consumed are not reimbursed
"Short stay" supplement
The reservation will be confirmed by us upon payment of the deposit
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded (Art. 1358 and Art. 1386 of the Civil Code)
Pets are only allowed during the summer season and only in certain rooms of the Comfort category. The supplement for a dog is 23 Euro per day. Dog insurance is required and the pet must be up to date with all required vaccinations. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the common areas.
Booking conditions and cancellation fees may be subject to change due to special events or circumstances.

Cancellation fees

From the 30th to the 20th day before arrival: 50% of the total cost of the booked stay
From the 19th to the 4th day before arrival: 70% of the total cost of the booked stay
From the 3rd day before arrival and in case of no show: 90% of the total cost of the booked stay
In case of late arrival and/or early departure (check-out before 10.00 a.m.), 90% of the cost of the day(s) booked but not used will be charged.
The rate does not change in case of partial occupation of the room

Reservations are only final upon receipt of the required deposit and our subsequent written confirmation.
In the event of cancellation for any reason, including weather conditions, the deposit will not be refunded.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer, click to pay or credit card (VISA, Maestro, CartaSì, MasterCard, Eurocard)

As a protection in case of cancellation, we recommend our guests to take out an insurance policy to cover any financial loss. We recommend that you take out an insurance policy with Europäische Reiseversicherung (European Travel Insurance - Hotel Arkadia is NOT a broker for this company) or any other insurance company of your choice.

Check-in between 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. After 10:00 p.m. only with written. The reception closes at 10:30 p.m.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
