In the heart of the Dolomites, just steps from the Sellaronda
The privilege of Arkadia begins with its location: a 4-star hotel in Corvara, directly on the slopes and just a few metres from the Dolomiti Superski lifts. Here, the mountains are experienced without haste – skis on your feet in winter, wide-open panoramas in summer.
“The gate to Sellaronda” is not just a slogan:
it is the promise of immediate access to the most famous ski circuit in the Dolomites.
In winter: ski-in, ski-out with lifts right in front of the hotel
During the winter season, Arkadia is quite literally surrounded by ski slopes.
Right in front of the hotel you will find:
- the ski school
- the skipass office
- rental services
- three lifts allowing you to set off in different directions, ski-in, ski-out
From here, you can access over 500 km of slopes – a true paradise for ski enthusiasts.
A rare comfort: everything is just a few steps away, with no waiting and no transfers.
In summer: panoramas, high plateaus and trails starting right outside the hotel
The Boè cable car, just 50 metres away, operates also in summer.
From here, routes continue towards Vallon and up to the foot of Piz da Lech and Piz Boè: an extraordinary natural amphitheatre, just a short distance from Rifugio Kostner (2,500 m).
A five-minute walk also takes you to the Col Alto cable car, leading to one of the gentlest and most panoramic high plateaus in Alta Badia.
The area is ideal for:
- trekking
- panoramic hikes
- via ferrata routes
- mountain biking and the Sellaronda MTB
- road cycling (the Maratona dles Dolomites passes right in front of the hotel)
Between nature and convenience: everything you need is close by
Arkadia’s location also offers numerous activities just minutes away:
- the centre of Corvara (2 minutes on foot)
- in summer:
- a swimming lake with sun umbrellas and loungers
- tennis courts (2 hard courts, 1 clay court)
- in winter:
- the ice rink
- a cross-country skiing track of approximately 5 km
The Alta Badia cross-country skiing center is located in Armentarola, about 25 minutes away.
