Our Chef NICOLA LAERA and his team are cooks with passion. Our dishes are based on tradition, the choice of the best local products, and, naturally, a touch of the “new”. Much attention is paid to the quality and substance of the dish. But even appearance is important.
We offer various menus, combining local, national, and international food. There is also a rich buffet of vegetables. Buffet and a la carte desserts. You can enjoy the delicacies cooked by our Chef with the excellent South Tyrolean wines in our cellar.
Breakfast is mainly a buffet. It is mainly products from South Tyrol, with Speck, sausages, cheeses, and jams.
